It looks like the critics agree: the new Honda Civic deserves a couple of pats on the bumper.  Adding to the car's long list of accolades, including "IIHS Top Safety Pick", "Highest Ranked Compact Car in Initial Quality in a Tie" (by J.D. Power and Associates), and "Best Resale Value for a Compact Car" (by kkb.com), is a place on About.com's "Best New Cars of 2012" list.
